My wife and I just sold are home in California and are very grateful for the opportunity to have Leticia and Albert as our real estate agent they are highly professional patient and understanding and they answered all of our questions and handled everything we needed which took a whole lot of stress off of us we would recommend them to anybody that wants a real estate agent that will help lighten the load in their process of purchasing or selling their home they are very great at what they do

Leticia and Alberto are top notch at what they do. We contacted them to sell a property that was in a family trust. From the first meeting with both of them, we felt at ease and sensed they were truly honest people that enjoyed what they did. During the first open house (only one was needed), we received over 7 offers, well over the asking price, and I know for a fact, this was to due to Leticia and Alberto's experience in pricing the property accurately, not with some exaggerate, over the top asking price, as some realtors tend to do. During the selling process, both returned our calls and text in a timely manner, and the entire selling process with seamless. You can not go wrong seeking their service for your real estate needs. Both are very professional and great people. Thanks Leticia and Alberto, we will definitely use you again for any real estate needs.

Cynthia was a huge blessing to us. In all of our moments of stress & doubts she never made us feel like our dream of owning our first home was out of reach. She was a steadfast & calming energy throughout the whole process. We always felt heard & like we were a priority to her. Buying your first home should be a memorable and joyous occassion, Cynthia definitely understood this and helped make it a wonderful experience for us.

Cynthia is absolutely amazing! She served as our realtor for the sale of one of our investment properties. We’ve worked with multiple realtors in the past and Cynthia is the most proactive and communicative professional. I never had to inquire about the status of anything she provided regular updates and helped to coordinate our staging, utility services, and generally went above and beyond. I would recommend Cynthia to anyone that I know!
