I'm so glad LeeAnn’s name was the first to appear when i searched for agents in the Rochester area. She was kind enough to meet me the day after Christmas to give me a market analysis. Lee Ann Parks came highly recommended to us as our mother had passed and we needed to sell her house. Upon meeting Lee Ann, we found her to be very personable and knowledgeable. As time went on, we found her to be professional and resourceful as she was extremely helpful in putting us together with people who helped us prep the property for sale. It was a major task and Lee Ann made it seamless. In addition, she has been accessible and very responsive as questions have arisen guiding us through this whole process. Lastly, Lee Ann is results oriented getting us from the initial listing, advertising using impressive media tools, to getting the property for sale to receiving an offer all within a week. Lee Ann did a fantastic job helping me find my new home that is in a great location with a perfect backyard for my puppies. Lee Ann was highly involved in assisting with every aspect of the closing and helped me along in every way throughout the process. She is also in the process of helping me sell my condo. Highly recommend Lee Ann for all your buying and selling needs!

Lee Ann was very responsive. Wrote a terrific listing narrative and took great photos. Although I think this is a great property it is not mainstream. She embraced the challenge and was extremely successful in getting it sold. I am totally satisfied.
