I worked with Lee on finding my first home and it was a great experience! Lee walked me through every step of the process from getting pre-approved to moving in. I could tell that Lee really values honesty as she let me know her opinion on things like resale value and whether there would be any issues with a home. She worked around the clock to provide advice and answer any questions and I was very professional. I highly recommend her!

Lee represented us as the buyer and she consistently exceeded our expectations at every step of the way. The knowledge and experience she brought to the table was PRICELESS. Lee was extremely supportive through tough decisions and fought really hard for us to get a good deal. Buying a home can be really stressful, but having Lee as our realtor made the process so much easier. We had so many questions and unknowns, but the line of communication was always open. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone trying to find a home in Columbus!

We worked with Lee Ritchie to find our home and it was an individualized, seamless, professional process. Lee is incredibly knowledgable and is well known in the Columbus community which is very important in a realtor. When you work with Lee you not only work with her but the amazing team and 3rd party vendors (property inspection, appraisal, etc.) that are also up to her quality/standard as she has vetted them throughout the years. Lee was so great, super communicative and easy to work with. She was proactive about pointing things out that we wouldn't notice or keeping track of details that we needed. She was so great to work with negotiated for us and was truly our advocate. Would definitely recommend Lee and will absolutely come back next time we need a realtor!
