An excellent experience! Benita is a fun-loving, high-energy type of professional. No matter what kind of question pops up, Benita has an answer or can find out in short order. It was a pleasure to view homes and get a real, honest evaluation of each with such a positive attitude. Her encyclopedic knowledge of home construction and local ordinances was a big bonus for us.
