Kim was professional and sold our little house in just 4 days in the middle of January. From her initial inspection of the property and her advice on pricing and how to show property, her advice was spot on. She said she would call in 4 days with offers and while I didn’t believe it possible, she definitely made a believer of me!!! Highly recommend her to anyone!!! Great followup and takes on homes regardless of size. She is a marvel….great to work with and I only wish she could help me buy a house in Florida where we are moving. A totally calm experience and that is high praise from a highly anxious soul. She knows her clients and kept me sane.

Kim is a very self motivated and extremely knowledgeable realtor. She was absolutely ALWAYS on top of things, very thorough and ALWAYS immediately responsive with any questions or concerns I had throughout my entire selling experience. Kim always provided immediate feedback after every showing of my home. What I loved most about Kim though is her integrity. I knew I could fully trust her and her game plan to sell my home and she delivered - from start to finish - in top-notch fashion. I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor!

We had an unusual property to sell, so it was always going to take time to find the right buyer. Kim worked tirelessly for us, in advertising, personal time, researching types of individuals who would value the property, etc. More than this, she handled difficult issues with tact and patience, ALWAYS represented our interests and our needs, counseled us on ideas but also listening to ours. I can't say enough. Can't imagine ever working with a different broker; she's tremendous. A+++

Kim listed our home January 1, 2020. Within days we had multiple showings. Kim kept my wife and I informed of everything. Kim kept the process so easy from the listing to the selling to the closing. Kim is very professional at what she does. We would recommend Kim to sell your home.

Kim Webb did a tremendous job in helping me find a home and then guide me through the process for making it all happen so that I could ultimately close on that home. She was patient and knowledgeable and gave me great advice from finding a lender to finding an inspector to handing me the list of utilities to call to get set up before closing . . . and everything else in-between. There were a number of circumstances involved which required Kim to put in more effort than normal but she did it with ease and knowledge. She always responded quickly to emails and texts and never left me hanging. I highly recommend Kim!
