Heaven was fantastic to work with! She was so responsive at all hours and very willing to adapt as my needs changed. She was speedy to get me into showings, and traveled more than an hour to meet me in several instances. Plus, she always volunteered to do virtual tours when I was unavailable. As a first homebuyer, I had a lot of questions that she helped answer. I never felt pressure to make a purchase and was shown patience and understanding throughout the entire time I was searching for a home (nearly a year). She was knowledgeable of the market and guided me in making an offer that was competitive but not overinflated, which ultimately got me into my dream home. Heaven is overall a great realtor and a great person, I would highly recommend!

Heaven was awesome to work with! She was very responsive & was very quick to update us throughout the entire process. It took us a while to find a house we actually liked and that was within our budget but Heaven was very patient with us!

Our experience with Courtney was amazing from beginning to finish! We had a tough loan to work with (RD) and were shopping in a lower price range in a market that that doesn’t really have a lot to offer buyers right now. Courtney however took us on enthusiastically despite the challenges we faced and we now own the perfect home for us! She was very timely in all her responses to our texts, and never made us feel like we weren’t a top priority! I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Courtney for such an amazing experience!
