Kimberly was recommended to me by someone I worked with who, like me, also relocated to the area from out of state. It was the best recommendation I've ever received; she was invaluable and I give her name to anyone I know buying or selling a home. I had been struggling to look for homes on my own and she instantly changed things for me. Kimberly took the time to get to know me as an individual and understand what my family needed and wanted in a home and community. I gave her a list of dream house criteria and within days she had at least 20 listings that met my needs. Within a week we made an offer and the buying process was very smooth. She attends home inspections, provides advice and support, is a great negotiator, and has extensive professional expertise and local knowledge. She will not sell a house that she wouldn't feel comfortable living in herself. What I appreciate most of all is the fact that nearly a year later I can call her any time to ask about a vet, dentist, doctor, good place to eat, where to get my car fixed - she knows everyone! She made my transition from the Chicago area to Georgia stress-free and I am so happy with my home and neighborhood. When I met Kimberly I didn't just find a great realtor, I feel as if I found a life-long friend. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
