Top notch agent, got us an offer in one day and was on our side to make it happen right through the closing! We listed with two agents before her, for a total of a year on the market, when we got with Kim she made it right.

I toured and applied to lease a townhome last week that Kim Martin's business manages. I let the agent know I was going out of town the next day and asked what I needed to do to secure the home until we got back today if approved. He called Tommie who I guess is the coordinator and she told him I could write the deposit check to hold it. So I wrote a check for the application ($70) and the deposit check ($1,250). On Monday, while we were on vacation I got a text from the original agent who set up the tour that we were approved. I reminded her I was out of town and on the way to my daughter's dance performance at Disney World and would need to call later. The next day I get an email saying I needed to call Tommie if we still wanted the property, so I did. She is the rudest, most unprofessional woman I have EVER dealt with. She basically told me I needed to give her an answer right then and there because someone was viewing the property tonight (this is Tuesday). I reminded her I was out of town and I thought it was very bad business practice to give me only 5 business hours total to speak to my current landlord and deal with this WHILE ON VACATION IN DISNEY WORLD! I told her I was 99% otherwise I wouldn't have written the deposit check to show I was serious. I definitely wouldn't have wasted my time or money on the app fee if they weren't going to hold it until I got back in town. I texted the original agent today wondering what the deal was and my deposit check is being mailed back to me?! I also called Tommie today on the office number and she hung up on me. Uhm. I will NEVER deal with a real estate agency when looking for another rental and I would HIGHLY SUGGEST no one else deals with these terrible people either.

Kim has worked hard for me as a seller's agent, a buyer's agent as well as a property manager. She and her team work hard and make the realty process stress free for their clients. I highly recommend Kim Martin and Total Real Estate Solutions if you are a buyer a seller or a landlord!

We have used to Kim to both purchase and sell a home. She was always available to answer any questions and handle any concerns throughout both, and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
