We cannot say enough good things about Laura and the Khrista Jarvis team. Laura is the consummate professional. Direct, action and results oriented. Her efforts made selling our home seem so easy when we know the reality is that there is a ton of planning, preparation, coordination, and execution required leading up to the close date. From the first conversation to last communication at close we could see the value in partnering with a team that really understands the local market. We highly recommend Laura and the KJ team.

We can't say enough good things about Nicole Jung and her team! From the time we made the decision to sell and call Nicole (with absolutely no preparation for improvements or packing having taken place at that time), the process was seamless. She met with us and clearly explained how the process would work, what her suggestions were for minor improvements to be made prior to listing and what we could expect to yield from our sale. She was clearly very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and the industry and paid special attention to our needs and expectations. After speaking with her, there was no consideration of meeting with any other agents. Within two weeks of that meeting, the improvements had been made, the inspections had been completed, the house had been beautifully staged and was on the market...all thanks to Nicole and her team! She did a great job negotiating the best possible sales price amongst several offers and we were very happy with the result. Communication throughout the process was absolutely the key to making the process go smoothly and the group texts with the team were super helpful. Look no further if you're in the market for buying or selling your home. Working with Nicole Jung and the Khrista Jarvis team was the best experience! We worked with them for both the buying and selling experience. The buying process felt like going shopping with your best friend. The kind of friend that knows exactly what you want and isn't afraid to tell you that a house just isn't right for you. The one that points out things you overlooked. We never felt rushed to put an offer down. We never felt like we were just another transaction. Nicole really took the time to understand our wants and needs. When we got to the selling process, we saw where The Khrista Jarvis team truly excelled. The team worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone owned their role and executed flawlessly. I would give the Khrista Jarvis Team a 10 if I could. From our initial meeting through closing, Nicole Jung and her team were the epitome of professionalism and service. They managed every detail, were very communicative (I really appreciated the group texts), guided us through all stages of the selling process, took care of staging, and negotiated a wonderful deal in a very difficult market for sellers. We are grateful everyday that we selected the best team in town.

I am forever grateful for Nicole Jung and her team! Nicole is the hardest working person I know. She is very responsive and patient and will do whatever she can to help her clients. She is so knowledgeable with all neighborhoods and different floor plans. Everyone from lenders to realtors to contractors all know her! She noticed things that I did not and was so honest about each home we looked at. She held our hand throughout the journey of finding our home, closing on the home, and also helping me visualize and design our new home. I truly believe our family would have not been able to do this without her, and everything she has done for us has proved why she's known as the best in the area!
