The Grullon team are amazing! I worked with them both for buying a home and selling and both times they were quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! I think people dread selling more than buying but I have to say selling became the more enjoyable experience for me as I got to see them go above and beyond on setting our house up for success and seeing it get sold in less than five days!! We got exactly, if not more, than what we asked for without having to go overboard on fixing up the house. I recommend them every chance I get!

Kevin is a fantastic human being to say the least. No matter what question or concern we had, we could count on him to give us the absolute truth with honesty and integrity. He made everything so simple and easy, and I cannot imagine going through this process without the Grullon team! They are amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough. I have worked with Kevin on two real estate transactions and had an great experience both times. He is prompt, responsive, and helps make the process very smooth which makes the stress manageable. He offers great advice and answers questions quickly. I appreciate his transparency and knowledge of the local market. He made this a positive experience.

Our first realtor when we moved to Fayetteville (not Kevin and Shawn) was a terrible experience. Then, we found Kevin and Shawn for our most recent local move. The difference was night and day! Kevin and Shawn found us exactly what we were looking for almost immediately, which meant we did not have to waste time looking on Zillow or seeing homes that were not going to be a good fit. After landing on our choice, they made the rest of the process a breeze. We knew that they were taking care of everything needed and corresponding with us every step of they way. It is clear that they are well-respected by all of the other players in this process and it gave us such peace of mind that we were being supported by true professionals who knew what they were doing. For example, during our walkthrough, Kevin made sure to notice all of the things that needed fixing and let the builder know without us having to find them ourselves or encounter issues later. They even helped us find people who would put in our fence and paint our garage door floor, and made sure they were competed from start to finish- two things that mattered a lot to us! I know there are a ton of options for realtors in the Fayetteville area. If you go with Kevin and Shawn I promise you won't be sorry!
