Kendell has been such a tremendous help to me. As a first time buyer there were so many questions and concerns and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Kendell is an EXCELLENT realtor, professional and Human Being. I can't say enough good things about her. I would give her a 10 star review if possible. She is highly knowledgeable in all things realty; e.g. market, pricing, process, etc. Kendell helped me sell the estate property of a loved one, and made a personally challenging situation, not only smooth & easy, but also comforting, knowing that Kendell was on my team. She went above and beyond the call of duty, again and again. The next time I need a realtor, Kendell will definitely be my Gal. And I HIGHLY recommend she be yours too.

Could not recommend Kendell enough. Her responsiveness, attention to detail and abilities are truly second to none. All items needed to close were accomplished including a few items where others drop the ball were completed solely due to Kendell's second to none abilities. In my opinion anyone selecting a listing agent could choose Kendell or settle for less, often considerably less. Thank you Kendell.
