Easiest sale we've had. Was out of state most of the time and Kevin took care of all of it. If we are ever in the area, we will seek out his help again.

Kevin Rice is nothing short of the most amazing realtor. After submitting an inquiry on his website about a home, he called within minutes and he immediately got the ball rolling on finding us our home. He worked with me and my husband for about 9 months and was always hand in hand with every question and decision we had to make. I was extremely indecisive at times and he never once got irritated with me or acted as if I was a bother. He always answered every questions with so much detail and knowledge. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Throughout this entire process, we consider Kevin as much more than our realtor but as a really great friend. We know that we can call him whenever and he is going to help us with whatever we need. He was such a joy to work with and we could not have gotten luckier than having him be our realtor and help us find our dream home!

Kevin was an AMAZING agent. He stuck around with my wife and I for about a year and a half. We consider him to be much more than an agent but really he was a great friend. He took care of us from the first time we met him to the time we closed on our very first home. He explained every step of the process and made it super easy and stress free. He is an amazing agent and an even better friend. You won’t regret going with him.

Kevin listened to our wishes. He provided accurate estimation of what he felt the home would sell for but allowed us to set the actual listing price. The home ended up selling within $2,000 of his estimate. He worked sit us, buyer's agent and closing company to facilitate the sale and closing. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a realtor in the Smith Lake area.
