The Kelly Group found buyers for our two empty lots in Tigard. What I appreciated most about this organization was that they were consistent in their customer outreach practices, weekly consumer marketplace updates and maintained excellent buyer/seller confidentiality throughout the duration. Because of this professionalism, it led to both lots selling at a fair market price in a reasonable time frame. I’m delighted with the results. Kelly is very personable, professional and responsible and an awesome person to work with, like her team members. She was very quick to respond to any question I had and set my mind at ease during the entire selling process. I’ve also had the experience of watching her crew stage a house to sell it. From my perspective, this seamless staging service presented the home to a potential buyer in the best light. I'd hire them back in a hot second if I needed a real estate agent in the area.
