I was very hesitant to sell with a realtor. I considered managing the sale myself. I am so glad I requested Kellie early on to give me some advice. She took on the sale and knew everything about the local market. She kept in regular communication with me and answered any questions I had. By using a realtor - I was confident that all of the required steps in the process were done and done correctly. Kellie made the entire sale as low-stress as possible. Her reputation of being a personable, professional, honest, and effective realtor was proven to me through the entire sale. I would recommend her to anyone considering a real estate transaction.

I have listed and sold two houses in the past with Kellie. Now after 2 years of searching, as a buyers agent she helped me purchase a perfect house for me. She helped me write an offer that was successful even with multiple people making offers. I would not hesitate to call her for anything real estate related. Kellie is everything a good realtor should be.

Kellie is beyond awesome. Hardworking, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate in the upper peninsula. She got the job done for me when no one else could’ve. She wrote it up, presented it and marketed it- she hit a home run all the way around. Kellie is the only realtor I will ever use buying or selling in the UP. I cannot recommend her enough. I had high expectations and she met every single one!!
