I recently worked with Cheryl Cox during a very stressful time in my life. I had just become my father’s POA after some health struggles and needed to turn around and sell his second home quickly due to the situation. After approaching three different realtors about the specific attention and protocol this sale would take, I was left high and dry. And that’s when Cheryl swooped in. We were on a time crunch, and literally ten minutes after I talked to her, she put on her boots and drove to the property do the market analysis and got the comps to me within 24 hours. From there, Cheryl was on top of things every day. Not only was her communication consistent, but she helped us understand every step, as I was unfamiliar with the selling process. Throughout she was always personable and cheerful, willing to take the extra steps to communicate with my father and lawyer. She also went above and beyond helping us with permit-issues. Cheryl was a pleasure to work with, took the stress out of the situation, and helped us get more than asking for our property. I would highly recommend working with her.

Cheryl is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect home. We moved to Michigan from out of state and she made the entire processes smooth and as stress free as possible. She is full of knowledge of the area along with taking the time to personally follow up with us to make sure we were getting settled in with our new surroundings.

My husband and I were purchasing a home in the Upper Peninsula and didn’t know where to begin when it came to looking at houses in the area. We are so happy that we found Cheryl! She helped us every step of the way & made us feel welcomed to the area! Cheryl is professional, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Cheryl's knowledge of the local area, ability to point out details that piqued my interests and likes, and capability to walk through a house and point out key details that are invaluable when making a quick decision are all what make her very successful and helpful through out my house hunting process. Her flexibility to assist and perform virtual tours when I am more then 4hrs away was very helpful as well. Cheryl's genuine texts and calls promptly following up on tasks, open items and general follow up always made me feel up-to-speed with everything going on. I highly recommend Cheryl!
