When I signed the listing with the Degnan group, they responded immediately taking better pictures and sprucing up the listing I had made on Zillow. But that was the last face to face encounter I had until closing. To my knowledge no Key realty associates showed my house. All the showings were done by agents from other agencies. That could be the nature of modern real estate sales, but it did not sit well with me. They always answered my question in a timely fashion, but did not volunteer things. And sometimes the answers seemed different from the last ones. I received very little coaching, like how to deal with the utilities, etc. So in summary yes they did get my house sold, but I do not think I would use them again

Keith Degnan helped us sell our home to move out of state and we couldn't be happier with our experience in doing business with him. We knew immediately upon meeting with him the very first time that he was definitely the one who we wanted to help us in doing so. He's humbled, highly knowledgeable, confident and friendly. He also has a great assistant, Rhonda, who helps with getting the job done. He's by far the very best we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone and everyone we know!

Easy to work with, quick to respond to all questions and requests we had. The process went so smoothly, that we didn't have to think twice to recommend Keith to a couple others who have since sold their homes and told us how pleased they were with how it all went! Thank you Keith!

Highly recommend Keith and the Degnan Group. Keith is a veteran of the real estate market and doesn't focus on just one geographic area or type of sale. The Degnan Group has a solid listing and sales process that is data driven to manage the home sale. While Keith focuses on the listing and negotiating side, his associate Rhonda holds your hand through the process to close. (it took us a little while to fully understand the division of responsibilities). There are also some value added services they provide to help with moving details.
