She was very slow to respond and tried to force us into a contract (Her eighth text message) to buy with her before we even met in person. After we declined to sign her exclusive buyer agency agreement contract she immediately stopped communicating with us. I would never recommend her services.

Kiera is the BEST! My husband and I were first time homebuyers with no experience. Kiera helped us find an amazing home within our budget and with everything we wanted. She actively communicated with us throughout the entire process. She is extremely professional and very kind and compassionate. She is an expert in realty! We could not have done this without her. I would 100% recommend that you consider her as your realtor!

We used Katrina to both sell our home and buy a new one. We were introduced to her through a postcard she sent us advertising a home she sold in our neighborhood for what we thought was a high price. Once we began working with Katrina, we discovered her to be professional, very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She sold our house in the "Coming Soon" phase for quite a bit more than we expected while we were on vacation! We only had 1 showing to the buyer and never had an open house. In fact, Katrina went above and beyond to help our daughter who was house sitting for us, put the final touches on the house in preparation for our one and only showing. We highly recommend Katrina.

Katrina was excellent to work with, I could not imagine a better realtor experience. She was patient with our constant calling and worrying through our first time selling a house. She is very knowledgeable about the Sylvania area and helped make sure the transaction went smoothly, while still getting top dollar. We had a few repairs that needed done for inspection and she even re-routed a contractor that was working on her home so that we could get the repairs done in a timely fashion. On top of all this, she is very pleasant to work with and took the time to get to know us on a personal level. She checked in on us regarding the things happening in our personal life just as much as house related items. I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else!

Katrina worked incredibly hard for us! She was available anytime when we wanted to talk, listened to what we wanted and helped us find it (which was difficult with our price range). She was very creative and new the market extremely well. She genuinely became a friend throughout this process. We will recommend Katrina to all of our friends!
