Superb experience all- around! I was ready but so nervous to sell our home and Karen was incredible at finding solutions, doing a lot of "hand holding" and handling all of the legwork and stress so we didn't have to. If we ever needed anything, she responded promptly and answered every question. Within just a few days of our home being listed, it was under contract and she pulled off a closing in about 30 days. Very impressed with her level of professionalism, kindness, open communication skills and helping us end one journey to begin another. She worked tirelessly to deliver us what we needed Ryu meet personal deadlines and requirements and even went out of her way to help us navigate buying our new home. If we ever move back to this area, she will 100% be who we choose. I've gained a friend through this experience, as well. Not "just a realtor."

Helped us find a lovely home! Was there anytime we needed her. Super reliable and friendly. Was always honest with us about properties we looked at. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to bout and or purchase a home. ????????

Karen was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond all my expectations. We ran into a couple of issues with potential buyers making unreasonable requests and Karen was incredibly professional dealing with the buyers and their agent. She is the best agent I've ever worked with and I would recommend her to anyone.

We were recommended to Karen from family because she did so well with them. As first time home buyers we didn't know much about buying a house. Karen explained thing to us to help lead us to our perfect home. Karen was very friendly and honest. She was awesome and we could tell she loves doing what she does!

We met Karen in April of 2016. We were thinking of moving from FL to Cadiz KY and she was referred by a friend. I was never disappointed in her service. We found some land and she took care of everything long distant. We have since moved here and she is still helping us with codes, inspections, etc. We would recommend her to anyone wishing for a very professional and joyful person. She is the best!!
