We have had experienced numerous realtors throughout the years and Karen is the best. She was patient, optimistic, professional, thorough, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. When we went to a showing she would point out many positives and negatives that were not obvious to me as a buyer. In addition, when we were close to making an offer she provided a complete market analysis to help us to determine the offer. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Five stars!

Karen is a talented professional. She went above and beyond to make it happen for us in buying our home in Maine. We had several clients fall through in the sale of our other home which made the process long and drawn out 6 months but she kept our home in Maine safe for us until we made it. I also didn’t fully appreciate her skill in negotiations until I witnessed how other brokers lost their advantage in negotiations. All in all there is a reason Karen is so in demand. Trust me you won’t find a better agent elsewhere.

First impressions are lasting ones. Karen on a Sunday afternoon just stopped at our house because she knew we had it listed but the sign was gone. Showed us what a go getter she is.

Karen Farnsworth came to my home and explained in detail the contract I was signing. She brought examples of other properties similar to mine and how much they were listed. If I have a question I am able to call her and she never has failed to call me back. Karen has a positive attitude and is reliable, respectful and competent. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying real estate.
