I used Julie as my realtor for a remote home purchase in Edwardsville while I was still living in Texas. Basically, if you cross an angel and a realtor you get Julie. She has been phenomenal from day one and even weeks after my purchase has checked in on me to see how I'm liking the home and addressing any issues (by other parties) that have come up. The contract, negotiations, and paperwork were all a total breeze, she was always extremely communicative and ready to answer any questions I had, she went above and beyond recommending various inspections (and, as such, lists of inspectors/plumbers/you name it), and she even bought me a sweet mailbox for my new home. Although I don't plan on leaving this home for a very long time, if ever I do, I will not hesitate to use Julie again!

Julie was highly recommend to us by our buyers agent. I had to call and email several times before she got back to me regarding putting our home on the market. I should have taken that as a sign. When Julie came to do the paperwork, she seemed rushed. The pictures she took of our home had things in them I did not want and asked if I could move them, but she assured me it was “okay”. E.i. Dishes in the drying rack on the counter, boxes in a room. After a while, we asked for new pictures to be taken. Julie sent someone we had never met to retake the pictures. From there, her communication lacked. Emails took days for her to respond to. We had feedback from a potential buyer that she forwarded to me asking about the age of the roof. I had to reach out to her to ask if she was able to answer that question. I got a response back stating she hadn’t. I feel the lack of effort she put into our relationship is a direct result of the price range our house was in. Our house is small, and inexpensive compared to her other listings. At the end of our contract, we opted to not resign with Julie. She said she would come by and get the sign and lock box. Again, she sent a different person we had never met to get her things. Not even a “thank you” for working with her, or a “good luck in the future, if you need anything please let me know”. I would not recommend Julie if you have a smaller home and are wanting a good working relationship with your realtor.

I have never met anyone who truly loves what she does .There are so many things l can tell you about Julie.From the first time you meet her you realize all her great qualities. One of her biggest attribute,is her response time for her to get back to you. Julie never leaves you hanging what she knows you will know,when it comes to process of your home .If you have questions she has the answers.We have worked with Julie for many years now.She has grown by leaps and bounds throughout the years and my husband and l are very proud of her. Julie came into our lives when we moved to Edwardsville in 2007 my daughter and l have used Julie for all our real estate needs.Julie is not only a Great Friend,But we consider her our Family !Give Julie a call you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences working with Julie. She helped us find our current home in Troy, and was so patient with us during the whole process. She always made herself available quickly to show us homes as they came up and has a deep knowledge of the local area, neighborhoods, builders, etc which was so helpful to us! She also helped us close a deal on a rental property that we listed with her. Julie is one of the friendliest people I've met and has an upbeat positive attitude, which makes working through the home buying and selling processes enjoyable! She was recommended to us by a coworker, and we've already passed her information along to several friends!

Julie is so great at her job! She had our house sold so quickly, and was always available to us when we needed her. She was the best at negotiating a great deal when selling our house. I highly recommend her to buy or sell your home.
