This is the second time we have worked with Julie both buying and selling a home. She has gone above and beyond both times to make our home buying/selling as smooth and stress free as possible. She made herself available to help with anything that we needed and was very responsive to any questions we had. She really helped put my mind at ease when things seemed overwhelming that we would make it happen and most importantly She follows through when she says she will do something. I can't say enough about her. I highly recommend her!!!

We have worked with Julie several times to buy and sell our homes. She is always responsive, direct with information, and just a delight to work with and alongside. We have met many realtors that are ambiguous or not very upfront. Julie will definitely be honest with you, what you are expecting, and the realistic goals you have. She shoulders almost all of the work she can to ensure your sale is as enjoyable as possible and she's just a very happy, bubbly person to work with and be around. If I could give her 10 stars I completely would. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Julie was seriously amazing to work with. I honestly couldn't ask for more in an agent. She was helpful, kind, and went completely above and beyond in everything she did. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. I can't recommend her enough.

Julie did a fantastic job finding a property but her service was above and beyond any expectations. She put us in contact with a plumber and a handyman. She met someone at the house to have a smoke detector replaced because we could not be at the house. She is the best!!!

I would highly recommend Julie Eberhardt as a realtor. She wanted to make sure the pictures of the house were perfect and had them re-taken under different lighting. Julie was traveling some while our house was listed. She would call and check in with me. Julie is very personable and helped us in our move across country. Thank you!!!
