Julia and Chris Brenner are top-notch. The Brenner Team came highly recommended to us, and as first-time home buyers we are full of gratitude to have had them on our team. Buying a home in the spring of 2021 proved to be highly competitive and relentlessly fast-paced. Our experience proved that Julia and Chris have the knowledge, patience, professional diligence, and savvy required to successfully navigate and negotiate home-buying in the most desirable neighborhoods. Throughout our many home tours we learned much about evaluating a home, as well as details worth considering related to our personal home ownership goals. Julia and Chris, aside from being experts in their profession, are incredibly enjoyable to be around (and wow, did we spend a lot of time together). We found them to be warm, kindhearted, and considerate. Our 4-year-old was always excited to 'go see Julia and Mr. Chris' despite the many days and hours of touring that should have tested his attention span. Today, my husband and I closed on our dream home in Ann Arbor, MI. In a market that has demanded substantial appraisal bridges, and offers for well over asking, we are elated to have negotiated the winning offer within our budget. Our introduction to The Brenner Team has felt nothing short of serendipitous. We feel that being selected as the family fortunate enough to make new memories in this home is truly meant to be. It would not have been possible without Julia and Chris Brenner and we can not dream of imagining experiencing this journey with anyone else!

Julia and Chris are absolutely amazing! After a terrible experience a few years back, my husband and I were nervous to start looking for a new home again. Julia and Chris put us at ease right away. They are responsive, informed and genuinely cared about finding the right home for us. Not only did they help us find the perfect new house, but they also managed selling our condo ensuring we found the best buyers. They are an absolute joy to work with and we can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you both for all you did for us!

Family and friends have always told us that buying a home was close to the most stressful process they go through as an adult, this was not true working with Julia and Chris, if I do buy another home in the future, I would love nothing more than to work with them again. My experience with buying a house was very different since it was when the governor had announced the stay-at-home order, closing down so many non-essential businesses (including real estate showings), despite this obstacle, Julia was an all-star getting any questions we had answered and information on houses to allow us to make the most educated decision for moving forward with a home. I will absolutely be referring the Brenner team to anyone who is on the market for looking for a home. Day, night, rain or shine she was responsive to any of the questions that I had and always responded back to me within an appropriate amount of time. I cannot express how easy Julia and Chris have made this process for my wife and I.
