Juli did an amazing professional effort to sell our two adjacent Ranches. She did this in a very difficult "sell" market. Sold our property in an over-saturated $2M plus listings market.

Juli proved to be an outstanding professional. We found that Juli got our style of home listed and updated on all the digital media resources to get prospective buyers looking at the property all over the country. She was also extremely knowledgeable with our neighborhood to reference wants fo the buyers. She also assisted us in getting our home into the best price range to sell the home in an appropriate timeframe for our needs. Juli maintained excellent communications with us at all times, including texts, calls and emails. We respect her and will have future occasions to deal with Juli.

Juli is very prompt and professional, she listens and takes action as needed, we were very pleased she sold our home so quickly, our previously realtor couldn't understand why we didn't have not one showing in 3 months, when I switched to Juli, we had the home under contract in less than a month.

I have been a professional Realtor/Broker for 20 years in Florida, so my expectations are high. Julie met and esceeded them, including not only finding a property that suits us perfectly for now because she listened to what we were saying, but also handled an angry and belligerent client (my husband) both courteously and professionally. That's not always easy, so I respect her people skills as well as her real estate skills. She'll always be my choice for real estate dealings in the Pagosa Springs area.
