Today’s housing market is challenging for anyone, but for the first-time home buyer, it’s especially imperative to have a knowledgable agent to help navigate the complexities of the process. When our daughter and son-in-law were ready to purchase their first home last year, they didn’t know where to start. I suggested they contact a professional to help them from beginning to end. Michael was the most responsive, knowledgeable, kind real estate agent I have ever experienced working with. He always took my calls and explained everything in so much detail to make sure I understood everything. He took the time to really get to know not just my house but me and my story personally. I truly do not think there is anyone better. Within 1 day I had multiple offers and sold my house for more than I asked for.
