Mariellen took such wonderful care of us in the process of purchasing our first home! I first met Mariellen when the family that I used to nanny for was selling and purchasing their home. I had the unique experience of getting to watch the ins and outs of someone else working with a realtor and walked away knowing that Mariellen would be who I would call when it was time for my husband and I to buy. Two years later, I did just that and I'm so happy that I did! Mariellen brought her expertise, positivity, and humor to the entire experience. I appreciated how she always explained something new in the process clearly and without judgement if I didn't understand. She showed unwavering professionalism throughout the entire process. I felt incredibly protected and guided by her example. You need someone who you can trust and be your advocate--Mariellen went above and beyond that, especially in the final negotiations of our purchase. That was a wild day where I also had a performance with my dance company, which she remembered and brought me flowers! Mariellen was so attentive to us and the many calls that we needed in order to make our final decision. She was strong, clear, and laid out all the information for us so that we could decide without feeling any pressure. We are beyond grateful for Mariellen's hard work and will be certainly using her services again when it's time to sell and buy. Mariellen is a star! She is one of the hardest working and smartest realtors we have ever worked with. She is extremely professional, markets and presents the property extremely well, really knows her stuff and works until she gets the absolute best deal for her sellers. I can't recommend Mariellen highly enough. Between her unparalleled network of contacts, insight into the market, gracious persistence, and fierce advocacy for us, she demonstrated why she is the best in the business. Mariellen not only helped us get top dollar and extremely favorable terms on the sale of our house; she also guided us through a difficult buyer's market to find a house below budget in our desired location while navigating our inexperience and a number of obstacles. Her responsiveness was second to none. She always got us into a property as soon as it became available, a must in this fast-paced market. Working with Mariellen made a difficult task so much easier and enjoyable.

Andrew had great knowledge of the local market, was helpful throughout the entire closing market, and went to bat on some minor inspection issues that popped up so they were remediate free of charge. Would recommend Andrew to anyone looking in Greater Philadelphia
