Mariellen took such wonderful care of us in the process of purchasing our first home! I first met Mariellen when the family that I used to nanny for was selling and purchasing their home. I had the unique experience of getting to watch the ins and outs of someone else working with a realtor and walked away knowing that Mariellen would be who I would call when it was time for my husband and I to buy. Two years later, I did just that and I'm so happy that I did! Mariellen brought her expertise, positivity, and humor to the entire experience. I appreciated how she always explained something new in the process clearly and without judgement if I didn't understand. She showed unwavering professionalism throughout the entire process. I felt incredibly protected and guided by her example. You need someone who you can trust and be your advocate--Mariellen went above and beyond that, especially in the final negotiations of our purchase. That was a wild day where I also had a performance with my dance company, which she remembered and brought me flowers! Mariellen was so attentive to us and the many calls that we needed in order to make our final decision. She was strong, clear, and laid out all the information for us so that we could decide without feeling any pressure.
