Mariellen worked through several offers & arrived at the best possible result. She worked through several difficulties with the buyers requests, local rules/regulations and negotiations with the Borough & buyers agent. Mariellen is calm when difficulties arise and finds creative solutions. We could count on her responsiveness, even when getting on a plane for a personal vacation. She was exceptional. She will give her all for her clients.

Mariellen was absolutely amazing to work with in the search for our best home! She has a keen eye for details and if there were any areas of concern when we would tour a home, she would always spot it and explain any pros and cons. We always felt she looked out for our best interests. We had total trust in her knowledge of the market and greatly valued her opinion. She made herself readily available whenever we asked and that, combined with her excellent communication skills, literally was the reason our offer was accepted by the sellers. We honestly believe that without Mariellen we would not be in our dream home. We will also be selling a home and would not consider using anyone else to work with us on that sale. She is the best!
