Dave was fantastic to work with on selling our home. We consulted with him on changes/repairs that should be invested in to get the house ready for new owners. He had a reference (and recommended we get out own independent quote as well) for the work who completed it quickly and with attention to detail. He was knowledgable about what buyers are looking for and made the most sense from an investment standpoint based on comps and expectations in the area. He was able to help us secure a full price offer within 2 weeks of putting the home on the market!! He was responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. He made a stressful process much more enjoyable and we wouldn't use anyone else in Atlanta. Thank you Dave!

Dave is the best realtor in Atlanta. I'm convinced. I simply can't think of one thing that he could have done better. Every time I had a tiny annoying question or didn't know about something along the process as a first time home buyer, he was quick to reply and happy to help me learn about buying a house, the market, and more. He's incredibly kind and generous and a joy to be around. You can't do better than Dave. I will miss seeing houses with him! 10/10 recommend Dave.

Jonathan was great to work with. On our first meeting he already had a plan in mind for our house. His team took amazing photos and video of our house for marketing material and online listing. An amazing smooth process and under contract in 4 days! Thank you Jonathan and team for an all the great work you did.

Hands down, my favorite part (and sometimes the only tolerable part!) of buying my first house was getting to work with Dave! Dave's skillset, including his knowledge of older houses, was a perfect match for my house hunt. Perhaps most important was his infinite patience as we looked for the "perfect place" for over one year! He stuck with me through a few offers (crazy market) and, each time, I felt informed, protected, and completely assured that I was in good hands. When we found "the one," he walked me through the entire process, answering myriad questions (sometimes twice). Dave is incredibly responsive and cares deeply for his clients-- I would recommend him over and over again, to anyone and everyone!
