Jonathan sold my Father's house for us in 1 day! He did a great job in keeping us informed through the use of tracking software (listing showings,the sales paperwork process, outstanding issues, etc. We will be selling another house in the near future and will definitely work with him again. We discovered Scott Harmer online and KW while we were looking online for our future home. Scott connected with us and we could not be more satisfied. Scott listened to what we were looking for and he began to set up homes for us to visit. After seeing our fifth house we were ready to move forward with a purchase. Scott and his connections took us through the entire process and it was an outstanding experience. At time of settlement when things were getting shaken with the seller, Scott had everything needed to protect our interest and thus we got through a difficult situation with flying colors. Scott was referred to my husband & I by a friend and he did not disappoint! My husband and I were looking for an investment property around the Boca Raton area, Scott brought us to look at multiple listing. We ended up making four offers on the same day because Scott showed us some great places and knew exactly what we were looking for. Scott was great with negotiating for us and our offer got accepted the next day. We worked with Scott over the next two weeks until the closing and it was the easiest process ever. Scott made our buying experience so easy. He is now working on filing that investment property with a Tenant and he is still working hard for us! Scott has got our business for life.
