Great local knowledge and sense of urgency which enabled me to make multiple offers as property came on the market. John and his team were responsive throughout the process which helped to expedite inspection, appraisal, and loan closing. I also worked closely with Jim Conard who was a huge asset and a big reason I look forward to working with this team again. Availability and sense of urgency is important to win bids and close deals and this team prioritizes both.
