Roy did an absolutely fantastic job. My wife daughter and I were struggling to find a place bounced from one realtor to another. When we found Roy I had thought I have never had somebody work so hard and consistently for no promise of reciprocation. He found us our first home quite quickly when others could not find the home we were looking for and did such an amazing job showing us everything in our price range and style in all the locations on our list. Through this process Roy has become a close family friend I felt comfortable with and trusted 100%. So much so that when we were ready for the next step he was the only person that I would have wanted to sell our first home and make the jump into our new home. During the sale of our first home he got us and great offer well over asking in about half a week. When that fell through not even a day later he had us another offer that was even better. Throughout my time dealing with Roy I learned that this is a great man who does everything in life for his family and has a dedication and work ethic that is second to none.

Roy was absolutely wonderful through both our sale of our own home and purchase of our new. He made our specific needs of utmost importance and stuck with making sure everything was done so we would have the easiest transition possible moving. Roy had wonderful recommendations for everything throughout the process; from attorney, to mortgage banker and inspector. He put any extra effort possible to help the process. Moving comes along with a lot anxiety. Especially when you have to sell the home you are in to purchase a new home. Roy was calm and patient and understanding.
