If you’re looking to buy or sell your house, Roy is the perfect person for you! He listens to what you want. He is available all the time for anything you need. He knows what he is talking about and is also honest when it comes to each individual Property. He made the process smooth and enjoyable, I would recommend him 10 times Out of 10. He is the best!!

I had an amazing experience working with Victor. As someone who was new to this whole apartment hunting/closing process, I honestly would’ve been so lost if it wasn’t for Victor. He was so friendly and knowledgeable right off the bat and made sure we looked at places that were to my liking. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain things to me and was always available. I would definitely work with him again in the future and recommend him to anyone. :)

Roy came highly recommended by my brother-in-law who is very astute in buying and selling properties as a novice after he was able to sell their home in Sayville with a very large open house turn out over a short period of time. When the time came recently that I decided to sell my home in Hampton Bays I met with Roy and found that he was truly interested in my reasoning for selling and helped along the way to move things very quickly. We were able to get an interested buyer on the first open house weekend And Roy was able to negotiate a slightly higher offer on my behalf. The sale was successful and after only five weeks, we went to close. everything turned out well for the buyer and for myself. I would happily recommend Roy to other friends and family who are in my position
