Shannon went above and beyond in helping us purchase our first home! She has an amazing personality and is very transparent and easy to communicate with. She understood exactly what we wanted and was determined to help us find what we were looking for. You can tell that she truly loves her job and her clients. She always went the extra mile to help us with whatever she could. She is an amazing person to have on your team and such a powerful advocate in making sure everything in the stressful home buying process runs smoothly. If you're looking for an agent that goes above and beyond, Roy is the one for you! Roy made the homebuying process EASY and FUN! Roy is extremely thorough and brings energy to the homebuying/selling process. I was aggressively house hunting and Roy matched that drive 150%. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, he took on the role of mentor for me as a first time home buyer, quick to show me the ropes. He's not one to hold anything back good or bad. Roy has always been transparent, helpful, and supportive even after closing. With the connections Roy had made in his real estate career he was able to show homes, early, late, before they hit the market, you name it. Another benefit I've found while working with him, if he doesn't know the answer to your question...he knows somebody that does, you will get an answer. Very communicative. I cant say enough, great agent, even better guy.
