Eric Smith and his team are amazing. We worked with him for over a year as we made a HUGE move from Texas to Oregon. He helped us become familiar with the area and was such a wonderful resource for all of our questions. We finally settled down into our home and Eric was amazing at making sure all the steps were taken to get us to close. He even helped us with questions we never thought to ask. We were lucky to find him and having him apart of our journey.

Amazing experience, each time. We recently bought our third home with John, this time with the delightful assistance of Eric, too! They make a great team. We felt heard and secure in the process of selling with John. He is genuinely a kind and caring man and we will work with him again when we buy our next home. He has a lot of knowledge of the market, pricing, staging, and marketing- all included in a flat rate fee. This was our first time working with Eric to look for our new home, and he, too, is awesome. We loved working with him! He was so patient and showed us many homes- one several times- and really listened to what we were looking for. He was very supportive and made us feel like getting us in a home that worked best for us was his top priority, not just selling a house. Really great team, all around, including stagers and photographers!

Eric did a great job helping me find a home in a very particular area of Eugene in a very aggressive market. He was right on it when new places came on the market and got me in to view them very quickly. He was patient with me and a pleasure to work with.

Eric Smith was very helpful and professional while we were looking for our new home. We looked a several houses and Eric was very patient in the long process. Eric with Heart & Home was nothing short of amazing. We looked at many homes with him over the course of the last two years. He was incredibly patient and never once did he push us to buy something. To the contrary, he was quick to point out potential flaws when he saw them. He was a true partner and our biggest advocate. When we finally found our perfect home, Eric’s strategic input ensured our offer was accepted. If we ever find ourselves needing to sell or buy another home, we surely use Eric.
