John is knowledgeable and trust worthy and he did a good job in identifying single family home what we were looking for. He had his list filtered which gave us look into the site what we needed for. We had visit for lookout on marked homes. Overall process during walk throughs was smooth easy going and he walks you through each question. Overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend.
