We stumbled upon Joe when we were looking for a realtor, and it was the best thing that could have happened. He has been a joy to work with! He is knowledgeable and makes the process seem easy because of his personality and humor. Joe is everything you want in a realtor. But beyond that, and this may sound crazy in the world of Real Estate, Joe actually cares about you. He's not out to only make the sale, he truly wants you to make the best decision for your situation. He has helped guide us in a couple of transactions now, and I feel like we can call him for just about anything. He makes you feel like he's working for you, and no one else- that's how dedicated he is. Honestly, you can't go wrong, with Joe Wright!

Joe represented me in two real estate transactions late last year. I made the difficult decision after my husband died to sell the large family home of over 50 years in order to downsize to a smaller place. As you might expect, I needed a lot of information, guidance, advice, and reassurance every step of the way, both in how to sell and how to buy! Joe met every one of those needs beyond my expectations. He excelled at all the practical stuff one needs from a realtor, like knowing current market trends, advising asking price, directing how to prepare for open house & showings, how to judge if the asking price for the new place is fair, how to negotiate my offer, etc. He was accessible and exceedingly patient with all my questions and needs, and his warmth and concern made a stressful life changing event so very much easier. I was impressed by Joe’s ethical core – the buyer was not represented by a realtor, and Joe made it clear immediately that he believed acting as a dual agent was unethical and he would not do so. The portion of the commission that would have gone to a buyer’s realtor was returned to me. I believe my situation could have been easily manipulated for a higher commission without his honesty and integrity. I’m so thankful I chose Joe to represent my interests for both transactions and recommend him without reservation

I know this sounds flippant, but anyone can sell a house. You can even go through a service and basically sell your house yourself. But what separates the best from the rest is the overall customer service experience. That is where Joe Wright excels. The entire home selling experience was one of low to no stress, and the confidence that your partner in the transaction has your best interest at heart. I honestly couldn’t imagine anyone using any other realtor in the area except for Joe Wright. He is ELITE at what he does. Lastly, I think the best way you know that you trust someone is when you recommend them to family and friends. Joe has worked with several other people that I recommended him to and they all feel the same way.

Joe is outstanding to say the least! Joe helped me sell my house in Crown Point, and went right to work to find my dream property. Joe never tired of my questions and property visits. He listened very carefully to my comments and that shaped his search. With the lack of houses that met my parameters, Joe kept me optimistic and encouraged that my home was out there waiting for the right time to emerge. Once it did, Joe was all over every aspect and was my complete advocate. He thought of everything. He listened to my thoughts and offered advice that helped me to negotiate and close on the property. His services did not stop there as he has offered advice and recommends improvement/repair companies he is familiar with. Having Joe has made all aspects of my home experience much easier. I highly recommend his services and expertise!
