If I could give Kevin Burrows 10 stars I would! There are truly not enough words for the gratitude my wife and I feel for Kevin as our realtor. He helped us find the most perfect home in the exact neighborhood we were hoping for. He is an expert negotiator. We got our home under the asking price. Any time of day we had a question or concern he responded immediately. If we found a home we wanted to view and texted him a picture, he would immediately ask if we wanted to see it that day. On our closing day there were some minor issues that occurred with the seller of our home and Kevin solved it all so gracefully. He made the process so stress free and even fun! Kevin is one of the most generous and kind souls you will ever meet. So accepting, open, honest, and compassionate. If we ever move again, we will always choose Kevin Burrows.

Really regret using Jimmy and Bonaventure Realty. We didn't feel like he represented us, felt more like he worked for the seller's agent, revealing information that we felt was confidential, without our permission, further disrupting the process. He set our settlement date past our desired date, assuring us that making it earlier would be no problem, he was so wrong, cost us 2 weeks and an extra month at our current residence. Wish I would have read the reviews before signing, would have saved us so much.
