Jocelyn did a wonderful job assisting me I buying my first home. I was referred to her by a family member who worked with her and had a great experience, well needless to say choosing Jocelyn was the right choice. She was very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process and was very responsive to any questions I had. She always took the time to answer any question and while we looking there was no pressure to hop into anything and she was willing to see any and all properties I wanted. I would recommend Jocelyn to anyone who is looking and definitely will be my first choice in the future.

I was anxious about my ability to find a home in the current market, but Jocelyn showed me great properties and helped me learn to make the strongest offer for my situation. She was friendly and positive and always made herself available to show me places and answer my many questions. She was a great guide--including in the steps after I had an offer accepted. She stayed on top of deadlines and details and made sure I had the information I needed for each stage. Jocelyn's an expert in her profession and a pleasure to work with. I'm so grateful I had her working on my behalf!

We really enjoyed working with Jocelyn when purchasing our new house here in Davis County. We moved from out of state and we were grateful for her expertise of the area. We were trying to decide between two houses and she helped us understand the advantages and disadvantages of each house from an investment perspective, and we were so grateful for her advice. She helped us every step of the way and even continued to check in on us after closing to see how our remodeling was going! She’s genuinely concerned about the people she works with. So grateful for the experience we had with her!

Jocelyn was a pleasure to work with. She had a very good attitude and a fun personality that made looking for homes and selling our house fun and easy. Jocelyn was very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling: price, presentation, location, etc. Jocelyn was highly flexible in the entire buying and selling our house in all aspects.
