We were very impressed with Jimmie and Bob Tapley. They are very professional, and knowledgeable. Jimmie found a special loan that helped the buyer to qualify for our home. We also had to make some repairs, Jimmie and Bob had a lot of connections to many contractors. We were able to get all the repairs finished in time for the inspection. I would highly recommend the Tapleys to anyone needing a buyers or sellers agent. I can't say enough how much we appreciated them.

My sister and I chose Jimmie and Bob Tapley to sell our late mother's house after getting their names from an estate sale representative. Since I live out of state, my sister was able to interface with the Tapleys directly and I was tied in via conference call. Jimmie and Bob were excellent to work with and were very thorough in explaining all the detailed efforts required to complete the process from listing to closing. We were able to sell the house quickly and for a price above our original asking price (which I know sometimes doesn't happen!). Jimmie and Bob were great to work with and if I ever get asked about a realtor in Memphis, I will recommend them.

My wife and I really did enjoy working with Jimmie and Bob Tapley. These two went over and above our expectations. They are very professional, and knowledgeable. We were selling a property in Millington . They even found the buyer special financing so he would qualify to purchase the property. I would highly recommend Jimmie and Bob weather you're buying or selling a property.
