Working with Jim Schaecher was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was recommended to us by a friend, and he absolutely exceeded every expectation. Jim was patient as we toured what felt like countless homes, kind and understanding as we asked all the typical first-time buyer questions, and incredibly informative when difficult decisions or unfamiliar processes came up. When I say Jim goes the extra mile for his clients, I truly mean it. Even late in the evening, if a thought or concern came to mind about our home search, Jim was there, responsive, reassuring, and ready to help. His professionalism, steady presence, and genuinely pleasant nature made the entire process not just smooth, but enjoyable. Now that our home purchase is complete, my wife and I are already talking about inviting Jim and his wife over for dinner, just as soon as we unpack all these boxes and find our dishes. It is the least we can do to say “thank you” the right way. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, which made us all feel informed and confident every step of the way. They met with Jim on August 17th, listed their home on September 4th, received an offer and went under contract just five days later on September 9th, and closed smoothly on October 9th — the perfect timing for their move. I can't recommend Donnis highly enough! Within days, he helped us to find a house to rent which met all of our requirements. He was extremely responsive, very well-informed about properties in the area, and helped us negotiate lease terms which worked well for us and our landlord. The entire process was easy and seamless.

Jackie Sexton is one of a kind! If you want a Christian experience while selling or buying your next home, look no further. She truly went above and beyond. I always knew all the information I needed for each home I looked at or considered buying. She knew the real estate law or got the answer when something came up. She advocates for her clients as if you were her own family. She had a resource for every detail at her fingertips. She is not afraid of the dark, spiders, or other creepy things that might be in crawl spaces, attics or basements. :) She was always professional, personable and always put our day of house hunting as her priority. I never felt rushed and she never showed frustration when I wanted to look at the house again after talking in the driveway about potentially buying the house. She is a beautiful soul and when you start your selling or buying adventure let her be your guide, agent, friend and prayer warrior.
