I have known Joel for over 15 years, always followed his endeavors. When it was my time to purchase a home, I simply reached out for advice and promptly went over everything for an hour or two. Highly informative and unbiased conversations were had. We went to four showings the first day and immediately found exactly what we were looking for. Immediately obtained the details and criteria and we were on our way. Throughout the entire home buying process, Joel eased the transition and assisted in all ends with troubles or questions or unforeseen hiccups. It was a roller coaster for our short time frame, and without the knowledge and persistence we would not be in a home as I’m typing this. For that we are ever so grateful and thankful to have been connected with someone with a plethora of connections and knowledge to assist with getting a home, not just a house.

Experience with our Realtor - Jill Saunders . Jill was extremely knowledgeable on the housing market for our area. She met with us after our initial contact and answered all of our questions. She was available at a moments notice throughout the sale to answer any questions that we had. Jill was displayed the outmost professionalism from day 1.
