Lisette at JBG was absolutely exceptional to work with from the very beginning of our home buying journey. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into the process, but Lisette immediately made us feel comfortable and supported. From our very first conversation, she took the time to thoroughly explain each step, answer every question we had, and ensure we understood what to expect moving forward. Moreover, she provided us with everything in writing as well to ensure we had a paper trail and resource/ reference of everything she said. Throughout the entire process, Lisette was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Lauren truly went above and beyond the call of duty in representing us. She gave us very valuable insight into a pretty unusual market, was tireless in setting up showings, and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. We also greatly appreciated all her help with various logistics since we were out of state sellers. I would (and will!) absolutely recommend her to our friends, family, and colleagues.

Pheobe and her team were nothing short of excellent, and went above and beyond to sell our condo not just once, but twice in short order. After an unforeseen event had the first buyer fall through, her team was ultra responsive and had our home back on the market and under contact in less than 30 days.
