My husband and I were looking to move across the country from California to Texas. We reached out to Jennifer from California and worked together for several weeks. She lined up a list of potential properties and scheduled them within a two day period allowing us to fly out and walk through them all during our short trip. Jennifer was so very gracious, providing waters and snacks at the beginning of what was sure to be a very long day. Jennifer was open about the areas, the neighborhoods, the amenities, and any potential pitfalls in each home we toured. My husband and I found this to be such a blessing as we had never been to the area before. We were lucky enough to find our perfect home in that first trip out, and Jennifer handled all of the necessary steps to walk us through the entire process while we were closing up things in California. Overall it was a marvelous experience. Jennifer is kind, courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Should we have any future real estate needs, she will be our only call.

You won't find a better realtor than Jennifer Phillips. We needed a home big enough for our family, but affordable as well. She assured me that taking our time to find that perfect home would be best (and she was exactly right), so I never felt rushed (even when I wanted to rush lol) or pressured into anything<--BIG PLUS! Jennifer genuinely has your best interests in mind at all times. She is down to earth, friendly, smart, and is always on top of her game. She NEVER slacks!. I highly recommend Jennifer Phillips!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Jennifer. We looked at my house in October and I was closing by November. She made purchasing a home a breeze. Very informative and took care of everything for me. When I hear people tell me horror stories of buying a house, it is obvious they are not using the right realtor. She was on top of her game!! I highly recommend her to anyone. She will definitely be my realtor for life!
