We met Jennifer early in August to go over the selling process and potential price points. She immediately showed us that she was knowledgeable and motivated, explaining to us that she could sell our house for us well above what we were originally hoping (and she followed through). She’s clearly very experienced. What blew us away the most is that she took care of EVERYTHING for us when it came to fixing our property to make it sell. She even fronted us money to make small house repairs. She hired her own contractor, masonry, used her own preferred companies to get every last detail perfectly taken care of. We didn’t have to think about a thing. Her amazing contractor even let us pay him after closing. She is an incredibly hard worker and it felt as though we were in the forefront of her mind the whole time. We were so pleased with our entire experience with her! She even set us up with a buyers realtor where we were moving. Thank you Jennifer! 5 stars all around.
