Jennie is everything you could ask for in a realtor. She knows the market, is brilliant when it comes to staging and marketing houses, as well as strategy and timing, and she really listens to her clients. On top of that, she genuinely cares about her clients and her community. At our first meeting, sensing that I was feeling overwhelmed about the idea of trying to sell a home in an especially busy season of life, she actually talked us out of listing! Later, when we really were ready to sell, we called Jennie and I’m so glad we did. I would recommend her to anyone!

Bre is probably one of the hardest working agent we have worked with. She recently sold a property for us that was a bit of a challenge. Am most impressed with her constant guidance and creativity to bring offers to close. We have worked with several agents over the years and Bre stands out as a top performer, without question.

Bre was amazing! 100% recommend. Bre helped us look through several houses on the market and weighed in on pros and cons for them. At the end of each day viewing houses we would debrief and discus what was liked or disliked, and this helped steered us towards the perfect house for us!

Historically, agents seemed like people we would need if and when we were selling homes, and this rang true for our family when my parents bought their home in Spokane as our agents at the time did little to nothing for us, but I was really blown away by all of the support and communication I received from Bre throughout this process. There were barely any moments of uncertainty at any point in the process, and even those moments came from the builder of the home, not her. I truly appreciate her knowledge, her drive, and everything she had done for us. I could not recommend Bre enough to others whether they are buying or selling a home.

Bre was fantastic to work with when we were purchasing our property. It was our first time buying raw land and Bre was so helpful throughout the entire process. She was an excellent communicator, professional and really great to work with.
