Jeff helped me with purchasing my first ever home. He was super helpful and informative as I navigated the industry for the first time. Jeff helped narrow down my search that included my needs, wants, while also considering my budget. He was honest and upfront throughout the process due to do his immense knowledge of the areas I was looking in. The entire process with Jeff was transparent, stress-free, and smooth. Jeff helped us sell our first home. It was my first time ever selling so I didn’t really know much about the process. Jeff took the time to explain everything and guided me through each step. He was professional and extremely responsive. He went above and beyond as our realtor, even agreeing to meet the water company at our property days before the closing so we didn’t have to take time off work to go there. Jeff had our house sold in just under 3 weeks and we couldn’t be happier!

Jeff was wonderful to work with. We hadn't bought or sold a house in almost 38 years Jeff helped was extremely patient and explained all the steps with us. He was also very knowledgeable about the market and the what to expect. He explained what needed to be done to get the house ready to show and understood our budget needs as well. Jeff was always made sure we felt comfortable and understood how things would go. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone. He is very professional and yet makes you feel like you have known him forever.
