Jeanne Kent is a true professional from beginning to end then some. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed. Her knowledge on a new build was amazing. Her follow up with construction delays, inspections, walk thrus and final closing was outstanding. But she doesn't stop there. She recommends contractors to help with move in as well where to donate things that no longer work in a new home.

Jeanne is the ultimate professional who is willing to go the extra mile to answer all the hard questions when it comes to Real Estate purchases, not only for your next home but land as well! She collects the information and informs her clients what they need to know, in order to move forward confidently. Jeanne not only directed us in the right direction, but formally set up meetings at local planning/zoning, public works, and health depts to ensure we could do exactly what we needed and wanted to do with our new lot! Bottom line, she goes above and beyond for her clients to ensure their happiness and putting them at ease with such a large purchase. For this we are grateful for her skill and expertise. She is the most approachable and hardest working person you will ever meet. Jeanne was friendly, nice, courteous, and always had us in mind during our process of purchasing my home. She was always responsive even during off hour times. Furthermore, she helped us navigate through tough times when our mortgage situation hit a roadblock and attended all inspections while also keeping in mind that we lived out-of-state. Additionally, she helped us attain local contractors as we discussed with her that we were looking to renovate. All in all, I would highly recommend Jeanne as a real estate agent to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Jeanne was the perfect choice for selling our historic home in downtown Centreville. She knew the market well, as she had sold many of the other historic homes in the area, and gave us good advice on quick fixes, staging and handling price adjustments in the changing market. Jeanne was also available to discuss any questions we had and to help throughout the process.

This was the second real estate transaction we have had with Jeanne. Each sale has been quite different in scope and shows that she is very well versed in the real estate world. The first was for our personal home and the second was for a rental townhouse owned by my sister who resides in Europe and is not a US citizen. Thanks to Jeanne both transactions were completed in a smooth manner. Jeanne advised me which documents I would need for the eventual closing. Before listing Jeanne made suggestions on a few recommended improvements to the unit, including providing me with the latest regulations for smoke detectors. Our renter had decorated the unit beautifully and Jeanne made sure the interior photography was completed before they moved out. The results were truly stunning, which I believe raised the interest in the townhouse. Once the contract came in, she made concrete suggestions on our counter offer and following the inspection she helped us plan out how to address the few items to the buyer's satisfaction. This, in my opinion, resulted in a fair conclusion to the sale for both parties. The closing went smoothly. I was even afforded the opportunity to fly up from Florida before the closing date to sign the documents in advance and at my convenience.
