Outstanding experience with Jay. He made use of the private network first, which greatly reduced the stress on my family by selling super fast at list price! His proactive approach to identify any potential barriers to the sale in advance, served us well as we were ready for any issues. He had an excellent list of resources, which I used for some minor fixes. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Have already recommended Jay to friends and family as hands down, this was my best home sale (out of the 8 homes I've bought and sold in my life)!

Enjoyed working with Jay to get our home sold. Impressed with all the effort he put into organizing the teams to get the house ready and helped us with all the details as we were moving out and into our new place across the country. It only took one meeting with Jay Reid to know he was the right agent for us. We were very much at ease with him from our first meeting. Jay explained his process and how he would market our house in an easy-to-understand manner. He answered most of our questions even before we asked. He stayed in touch and kept us abreast of everything happening in the background. We've bought and sold a number of properties over the years, but this has been the most stress-free sale of all. We were very pleased with the offers we received within 48 hours of listing. We would certainly recommend Jay to anyone buying or selling and have in fact referred him to family and friends.

Jay was extremely helpful in many ways to sell my recently deceased mother's condo. He was able to work with me from a distance as I live in another state. He recommended a series of minor repairs to improve the prospects of a quick sale and had connections to the appropriate contractors to do the work. After the repairs were completed the Condo sold within days of being placed on the market. Everything went smoothly working with the Condo Homeowners Association and with the complexity of working with several family members for specific needs to expedite the sale. I am grateful for the work and patience he had during the entire transaction.
