From the beginning of our home search, Brooks and Kristen Brininstool have maintained continuous communication and been considerate of our needs in the home setting. They provided all the necessary information and timeline for executing the contract and offered assistance when needed, for us to manage the purchase from a distance. Brooks and Kristen are patient, knowledgeable, available on short notice and overall provided a very pleasant and supportive home purchase experience. Jennifer was very helpful in the whole house purchasing process. She answered all of my questions and she was helpful and available for all of the bids, inspections and closing. She was always available when I needed to reach her. I highly recommend her as a realtor!

John was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about how amazing he is. I felt the entire time like we were family! I had to look at a lot of houses and John was quick to set up the appointments. He communicated with me every step and was incredibly responsive and he did what he said he would do! He also worked with my work schedule so our viewings were often at 6,7,8 pm and he was totally understanding and accommodating. He worked through two contracts (one the inspection was horrible and we backed out) and provided me invaluable knowledge and guidance through the process of walking away from the one home and was incredibly helpful negotiating 10k off of the asking price for the home I did purchase. John went to bat for me many many times and if I were ever going to sell my current property or buy another, he’s the one I would call! John you are a total rockstar and I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Thank you for helping us find our little slice of heaven in our new home!

Megan stayed in the loop through our whole buying process. Anytime I was confused with the language or progress she answered right away. She talked to the seller to make sure we were always on the same page. We definitely felt very safe with her knowledge, commitment and referrals! Took lots of the stress out of buying this house - thank you Megan! Oh and plus I love how social she keeps us with client events and introducing us to other people since we are new to this city
