Jason brought a potential buyer to my property. We lowered the price of the home for his clients $25,000.00 and then they submitted an offer wanting $25,000.00 more off the price. They also wanted us to pay Jasons fees and wanted our TV's, our washer and dryer and to top it off the rockers on our front porch. I can say that he was visible upset by the fact that we refused to pay his fee on top of a $50,000.00 price drop. He felt that it was our responsibility and I strongly suspect he told his client such, which cost us the sell. Even though we tried to keep the line of communication open he was very slow and vague in his replies. Come to find out the buyer had put in multiple contracts on other properties. They made us the offer on a Monday and went under contract on another property on Wed. Even though my agent was still communicating with Josh he has still seven days later has not told my agent that they would be very carful if Josh brings a potential buyer to your property. If I could give him 0 stars I wouldwere going with another property. I understand that it is the buyers full right to do so but the way Josh handled this was very unethical and unprofessional. I
