Janine is the best!!! She helped me secure a team of professionals I need to resolve unexpected problems, to sell my house in the Bronx . Janine also worked collaboratively with real estate another Re/Max professional relator, so that I could relocate to New Jersey. She was very patient and answered all of my questions as I was going through the process of selling and buying a home.

Janine came highly recommended from a good friend after our first agent wasn't a good fit for us. After working with her, we understand why she is so highly recommended, and we will recommend her to anyone we know. We were first-time buyers, and her knowledge of real estate was impressive but never intimidating. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences and really held our hands through the process. She was always quick to respond, and her communication was seamless. Janine went above and beyond to help us find our dream home, and we can't recommend her enough!

Janine was a godsend. We initially worked with a different agent based on recommendation, however it was not a good fit. We had received Janine’s contact from our sellers agent and decided to reach out. She was a breathe of fresh air with her knowledge and ability to guide is in the right direction. She really helped us coordinate our buying team and made this process easier than we expected. Without Janine's wealth of knowledge, commonsense and hard work ethic, we would not have gone to contract in approximately 30 days and closed within 60 days of listing. She was there every inch of the way and guided/assisted us through the process. Without her efforts, knowledge, etc. this would not have been achieved.
