Our entire experience from start to finish was just excellent, I just can't say enough positive things. Janet is extremely knowledgeable about the area and an expert in the entire process. She is honest and friendly and talked me in off the ledge more than once during the process :) ! We were buying out of state (which is so stressful), the inspection came up with all kinds of surprises and I don't know what I would have done without her. She expertly negotiated additional $$$ off the price and closed the deal. It was like having a friend in the real estate business. She was available whenever we needed her and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. If you're buying a house in the area go with Janet, you won't regret it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the area and the builders. Was with us from start to finish and made it an enjoyable experience. Buying a home is stressful and time consuming but she made it worry free and simplified. I have honestly been singing her praises and referring at any given opportunity. Janet listened to our requests of what we wanted in a home and helped us find our dream home. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Janet was very informative from the very beginning to the closing. She was aware of the market and extremely knowledgeable about the area and its clientele. She kept me posted on what was to be expected and if something needed to be done she was able to help . I appreciated all that she did for me and would recommend her to anyone who wanted to buy or sell a property. Her enthusiasm and friendly manner was displayed with all that she did and she always able to communicate with me.

I was referred to Janet by my Mother and Sister. They used her to find their house which required some special features. She worked very hard and after looking at many houses she found it for them. I used her to find my house, she works and works until you are satisfied. I think she is very knowledgeable about the area she covers and she knows what is fair market value and will find you, your perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Palm Coast.
