Ron did a great job showing me condos that I was interested in and able to arrange appointments of multiple condos quickly so that I was able to view in the same day. He was very patient with me and provided me with professional opinions of the average price per square foot in the area and did not try to push me to make any offer. I felt comfortable working with him and relying on his expertise. He also connected me to multiple loan officers he worked with in the past and I ended up getting loans from one of them, which was very helpful. He kept good communication during escrow and after closing, suggested inspector and later on contractor he trusted. Ron and his team provided seamless service and I had a good experience working with him. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to imagine an agent who is more knowledgable, committed, and personable than Peter. We bought and then sold, and both transactions were seamless and successful thanks to Peter. Peter is a true real estate professional and expert. He understands the fundamentals and intricacies of real estate, which results in sound guidance and a smooth transaction. He’s also proactive and strategic. In both transactions we had a strong game plan and were always prepared for what came next. We had peace of mind throughout the process knowing we could rely on Peter to put us in the best possible position. Beyond his expertise, Peter’s working style made the process easy. We communicated with him at all hours through text, phone calls, email, FaceTime, etc. based on whatever was convenient at the time. He was always responsive and nothing was ever missed - a true testament to his work ethic and attention to detail. Lastly, Peter’s personality made something that could have been stressful genuinely enjoyable. He was extremely positive and personable from the time we engaged with him through to close almost two years later. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we never felt like just a client or another listing. We developed a rapport and relationship with Peter thanks to his genuine interest in being part of our journey. We can’t say enough about our experience working with Peter! We can confidently recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in LA.

Tom is a great agent who is very on top of his work. He was knowledgable, responsive, and well connected. He showed us four places in one day and two of them were amazing options for us, within our budget. I would work with him again.

Peter was amazing at helping me and my wife buy our first home. Givien it was our first experience Peter slowed everything down for us and explained each step of the process. There was many moments i was nervous and stressed in the procces but having him in our corner holding our hand through the experience and taking lead in all matters from working with our lender, listing agents, workers at the property and contractors he keep it all organized and we are now owners of our first house. 10/10 would recommend everyone to use Peter in the future!!
