We were SO incredibly lucky to have Peter Jumrukovski as our real estate agent! We purchased our first home in Ladera Heights and are so fortunate that we found literally, THE best realtor around! As a first time home buyer (in one of the most trickiest cities in the world); Peter made the absolute world of difference. He's an exceptionally kind person, genuine, honest, intelligent + experienced; and knew how to expertly navigate the trickiest of circumstances with calmness and ease. We truly needed someone like him by our side; and we 100% couldn't have done this without him! We encountered unforeseen, tricky construction issues with the townhouse we were purchasing (across several months), but Peter always guided us through it with his elite problem solving, negotiation and strategizing skills to get us the best possible outcomes. During the inspection phase, he asked the right questions that ultimately uncovered what could have turned into a very costly repair.
