Aaron was our realtor for our first condo purchase, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, but Aaron was patient, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable every step of the way. We loved working with Peter and would highly recommend him to other buyers! He made the process fun and low pressure, and we really appreciated his positivity and enthusiasm. He struck a great balance between listening to our preferences and also making suggestions for what else we might want to look at. Once we saw something we loved, he helped us move very quickly and provided great advice about offer strategy. We felt like he was a great advocate for us throughout the process - from getting us showings to crafting an offer, negotiating inspections, and getting to closing on time. To call this woman a realtor would be the world’s biggest understatement. Yes, maybe her license says that but she’s more like a best friend, an intuitive guide, someone who truly gets you. When I set out to buy my first home, I had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t even know what I was looking for, and I had very little confidence in myself throughout the process. Working with Judy made it feel like something entirely different. She was fun, upbeat, brought you tangerines, her dog Lawrence… and she genuinely took the time to know you. She knew what I needed before I could even visualize it for myself. She understood the lifestyle I was looking for and the person I wanted to grow into within my home. The minute she pulled up to the street of what would become my first home, she knew it was for me. And she fought hard to make sure it did become my first home. Buying a house is stressful. Once you make an offer omg, all the twists and turns. But Judy is right there by your side, talking everything through with you. It’s been 11 months since I moved into my first home, and every single day still feels like I’m living in a dream. My entire life has changed. I feel like a different person new energy, new vibe. And honestly, I have so much to thank Judy for in helping me get this fresh start. Oh and seriously she has the best negotiation skills.
