JC was great. He took the time to get to know our home and found a person to buy it that will love it like we did. He kept us calm during a stressful time of selling our home and moving. He is a very reputable person. He was very approachable and readily available. I would highly recommend him.

JC gave me an honest opinion of the property I was selling. He listened to me and posted the property just as we discussed. Everything went smoothly overall - I would definitely recommend JC as a realtor if you are selling or buying a home!

JC was aggressive and committed to getting the best price for our home. He took numerous pictures, posted them for all to see, made recommendations on how to prep our house and he networked with his contacts to get us an offer and sale within the first hour of the listing!

JC was great, he knows the market well and was able to get us many offers on our house, he has good connections with other relators in the area and he was able to get a lot of foot traffic into the house. The house was only on the market for a week before we got an offer, but when the first buyers financing fell through he was able to get us another offer after only 2 weeks on the market that time. He seemed very busy but was always available to talk on the phone regarding any questions I had. Honestly Herkimer is a challenging real estate market so having someone like JC who knows the market well is an asset and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area who is looking to sell a house. He was also able recommend us a good lawyer who was able to close the sale well. Overall it was a great experience and I would work with him to sell a house again.
