We have nothing but the highest praise for Howard. Throughout the complicated process of our return to Hawaii from the mainland, he was always responsive and helpful. He is an excellent communicator and did a great job working with the seller's agent, which was not an easy feat. When we were not able to be in Hawaii for the inspection, he stood in for us, and even filmed a conversation with the inspector for us to review. If you are looking for a highly professional, genuinely nice realtor, Howard should be your go-to choice.

Howard is an outstanding people-oriented realtor. I called him based on reviews, and my husband and I weren't disappointed. Born and raised in Hilo, I now live in Virginia (military husband). My parents passed away a few years ago, and the task to sell the house near Hilo seemed overwhelming. Anyway, Howard helped me sell the house in only a few months. We had to line up many fixes and upgrades, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the process. We were very impressed with his responsiveness, attention to detail, helpfulness, and professionalism. The whole process (listing, document checks, house prep, follow-ups, etc.) had a few bumps along the way, but Howard took care it. We are very happy about how it went. Howard is top-notch. Would recommend him to anyone.
